Welcome to our Bar and Facilities Manager - Adam Roche

Our vision at Cleve RFC is "Our Community Sporting Hub". 

"Our business" is a key strand within the clubs future plan and it is a priority for us to maintain profitable and efficient trading to support rugby at Cleve RFC. To do so the committee has agreed to employ a Bar and Facility Manager. 

After advertising the role and interviewing a number of candidates, we interviewed a current member at the club, Adam Roche, and agreed a job offer with him. Most of you will know Adam well. He has been a member of the club for a number of years and has helped as a volunteer in a number of capacities.
Adam will be starting in this employed role this coming Monday 15/05/23. Adam has an extensive 25 year history in the hospitality management arena and holds an array of qualifications to support his experience. At interview he articulated well how he will link into and help us deliver our business plan. His appointment comes at an ideal time to help implement a change of brewery contract (more on this soon) and to prepare for the new season ahead including the Rugby World Cup in the Autumn. He will also work closely with all existing casual staff and contractors to ensure that users receive outstanding customer service, whilst ensuring facilities are well maintained, operate efficiently and meet required legal requirements. 
Please welcome Adam into his new job with the club and use him as the primary point of contact for all things club in terms of bar and facilities.
