Annual General Meeting
07 March 2023
Dear Member
The annual general meeting of Cleve Rugby Club will be held on Thursday 20 th April 2023 in the Bromley Suite at The Hayfields at 8:00pm prompt. All Cleve members are urged to attend, although only full members or members appointed to represent age groups may vote (anybody wishing to be considered for full voting membership must apply to the Secretary), but everybody is welcome to attended. Matters of concern can be raise for discussion either as an agenda item or under any other business if notified in writing to the secretary no less than 7 days before the meeting, if you have any concerns or questions this is the time and place.
Any member wishing to stand for any management position must enter their name, and those of their nominator and seconder, on to the nomination sheet which will be on display in the entrance hall from March 9th. Nominations will close 14 days before the date of the meeting. Alternatively, if you would like to get involved with other areas of club activity, please contact any member of management.
Please support your club and attend this meeting in order that we have the necessary quorum required to deal with club business. If you are unable to attend, please contact me to register for a proxy vote. All voting members will be issued with a voting slip on the evening.
